Omega SR5875 "1820" freehand razor by Riccardo Tonarini
Inspired by vintage Sheffield razors from the early 1800s.
7/8 blade with straight tip (square) and ¼ Hollow grinding, forged and hand-finished in carbon steel with a special composition, defined by its creator RTL18 (Sheffield steel suitably modified to exclude nickel and other minerals in order to improve the smoothness, edge life performance and ensure easy sharpening).
Handle in striped buffalo horn, made from a single piece.
The blade is fixed to the handle with a stainless steel screw (Torx10) that can be removed for convenient cleaning of the razor in all its parts, even the most inaccessible inside the handle.
Carefully designed to offer smooth cutting and ease of sharpening.
